Meet Gabrielle Cahoon, a dedicated educator in the fitness industry with nearly two decades of experience. Gabrielle discovered her passion for Pilates in 2007, transforming her training approach and reducing injury risks as an avid runner. She solidified her commitment by earning her full STOTT PILATES® Instructor certification in 2011.
A graduate of Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Commercial Recreation Management, Gabrielle blends her academic foundation with practical fitness expertise. Her diverse skill set includes certifications in Total Barre®, CORE™, TRX, and ACE Personal Training, along with a deep focus on Foundation Training—a method designed to improve posture and alleviate pain by strengthening the core and back.
Gabrielle resides in Whitefish, Montana, where she enjoys wakeboarding and embraces an active outdoor lifestyle. At SWA Collective, she shares her extensive knowledge through a specialized combination of Pilates and Foundation Training that empowers others to reach their fitness goals and stay injury free.
