Our Surf Strong Series, led by Gabrielle Cahoon, offers a comprehensive approach to surf-specific fitness. With 20 years of experience in Pilates and Foundation Training, Gabrielle provides targeted exercises to prevent and heal common surfing injuries.

This series includes dedicated three-part routines for common surf overuse injuries:

Part 1: Activates stabilizing muscles around the main muscle group.
Part 2: Builds strength while reinforcing stability.
Part 3: Enhances range of motion, weight transfer, and endurance with global mobilizers. Each 20-minute video is ideal as a warm-up, a workout supplement, or a standalone routine.
