Surf Fit: 3-Week Advanced Training Series ($30)
This specialized 3-Week Advanced Training Series was designed specifically for those who want to arrive at their next surf trip feeling strong, agile, and ready to charge. If you already have a solid gym routine but want to focus on surf-specific mobility and getting strong in all the right places, this program is your perfect match.
Over the course of 12 sessions (4 classes per week), Fitness Expert Gabrielle Cahoon will lead you through functional workout classes that mimic the demands of the ocean. Every week you’ll complete a full body workout, a core strength session, a high intensity pilates class, and a foundation training alignment series.
Duration: 3 Weeks

Week 1: Full Body Burn (35 min)
This 35 minute class is a fully body workout made for surfers!
Equipment: Yoga mat, 10lb dumbbell weights, optional loop band

Week 1: Core Strength (12 min)
It's intense and its quick! Drop down on your mat and activate your core with Gabrielle.
Equipment needed: Yoga Mat, disc sliders or 2 small towels to place under your feet

Week 1: Alignment for Hips + Spine (15 min)
This 15 minute exercise for surfers will help you to decompress the spine, to promote motion from your hips, and to lengthen out any tightness you have in your body.

Week 1: High Intensity Pilates (30 min)
This 30 minute high intensity pilates workout class with Gabrielle includes a warm up plus a series of pilates exercises that you'll repeat 3 times.

Week 2: Full-Body Strength (35 min)
Buckle up for a 35-minute strength and conditioning full-body workout with Gabrielle.

Get your core and glutes fired up in this 15 minute floor workout!

Week 2: Spinal Extension for Surfers (20 min)
This series of exercises led by Gabrielle will help strengthen your spinal extension for when you're laying prone on your surfboard! In this class you'll learn about healthy amounts of spinal extension that will keep your back strong and help you to avoid back pain while surfing.
