✽ Week 2: Set Healthy Goals (Jan 13–19)
Gain clarity on your aspirations with goal-setting workshops, empowering Pilates, and grounding yoga sessions.

✽ Week 3: Overcome Fears (Jan 20–26)
Embrace courage in a special Live Fear Workshop with Holly Beck, paired with foundational movement and soul-centered yoga.

✽ Week 4: Rediscover Play (Jan 27–31)
Reignite joy and creativity in a Live Workshop with Natalie Small LMFT, playful movement flows, and guided mindfulness practices.
