Through a blend of guided workshops, movement classes, and self-reflection exercises, you’ll reconnect with yourself and step into the new year with purpose, confidence, and ease.

What to Expect Each Week:
✽ Week 1: Celebrate Accomplishments (Jan 6–12)
Discover what makes you uniquely awesome with uplifting journaling, mindful movement, and yoga flows.

✽ Week 2: Set Healthy Goals (Jan 13–19)
Gain clarity on your aspirations with goal-setting workshops, empowering Pilates, and grounding yoga sessions.

✽ Week 3: Overcome Fears (Jan 20–26)
Embrace courage in a special Live Fear Workshop with Holly Beck, paired with foundational movement and soul-centered yoga.

✽ Week 4: Rediscover Play (Jan 27–31)
Reignite joy and creativity in a Live Workshop with Natalie Small LMFT, playful movement flows, and guided mindfulness practices.

  • Yoga for the Soul: Set Healthy Goals

    This user-friendly, 10-minute class will make you feel nice and warmed up while also reminding you what the point of yoga is. Reesie shares her ideas on what great goals are in a yoga class and the ideal frame of mind to approach your yoga.

  • Understanding & Embracing Your Fears Workshop

    This week, Holly leads a discussion on fear, shedding light on where we hold it and accepting it as a natural part of being human. Join us as we explore, understand, and embrace fear together.

    This class is purposefully more active and difficult to allow you to watch what comes up in your thoughts and feelings when faced with something you might not feel good at. At just over 10 minutes, it's short but also fun!

  • Rediscovering Play Workshop

    For the final workshop in our series, Holly leads an inner child meditation to help you reconnect with the joy of play. Reconnect by taking a moment to be silly with us!
